Support

Support is provided to those who have purchased the full use product license and is only available via email.  To request support send an email to ccensus@ladenterprizes.com and include

User Name

Serial Number (S/N)

A description of the problem

A copy of the program log file cc.log

Before sending an email, we recommend you review the User Manual and the Frequently Asked Questions section.

 

Support does not include technical advice on installation/configuration of required technologies (such as WMI), Computer, Network, User or Group Policy configuration.

 

As provided in the EULA, Computer Census is provided AS IS and LAD ENTERPRIZES, INC does not warrant that the software will meet User requirements or that operation of the software will be uninterrupted or that the software is error free.

Updates 

Updates are free for the life of this major version your product.

User Name and/or Serial Number

The User Name and Serial Number (SN) are created when you purchase the Unlimited Use License. We do not maintain a record of the assignment.  Although we can verify whether your combination is correct, we cannot provide you with a new or replacement User Name/Serial Number combination. Additionally, the User Name and Serial Number are case sensitive and must be entered in the License screen exactly as provided when you purchased your license.
