The plan and implementation includes such items as backbone infrastructure, servers, workstations, software application integration needs, shared resources, printers, security needs, backup needs and remote access. A Network Reference Manual is provided to our clients to assist with such items as maintenance, disaster planning and to “look up” details to related technical assets.
Network Administration, Maintenance, and Support--Proactive maintenance helps with efficiency as well as enables planning for upgrades. Since a plan must be cost-effective for our clients, each client’s maintenance program is customized for their business and budget.
